Shopping Cart System: This system is much like using a shopping cart at a supermarket. To select an item you wish to purchase, simply enter the quantity desired in the Quantity box, then click on the 'Add Item(s)' button. To continue shopping, repeat the process with each item you wish to purchase. You can review your selections at any time or Checkout by clicking on the Review Cart/Checkout button which is located on the top and bottom of each page. There you can remove items if you wish, check out or go back to your shopping. When you have finished shopping, click 'Order Now', within the shopping cart system, and you will be asked to provide your email address, shipping and credit card information. Once your order has been processed you can choose to print your order or receive a confirmation by email. It's that easy!

Online Security: For your protection and peace of mind, all online credit card transactions are processed with state-of-the-art security measures.  Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Visa, Master Card are accepted in our secure online ordering system. 

Check or Money Orders: Continue you order throughout the checkout system. Fill in all required sections omitting the credit card information. When you reach the confirm order page, print out your order, and either mail or fax your order to us. Orders without a contact name, complete shipping address, telephone number and email address cannot be processed. Mail in and Fax orders will be processed after check or money order is received.

Back Orders: In the unlikely event that an item you've ordered is not in stock, we will contact you by email and let you know the estimated ship date.

Changing an Order: Please note that we cannot add to, cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Return Policy: Scrapbook King "N" Stampstruck guarantees that all products sold are of the finest quality, and free of defects. Returns are accepted for credit or exchange if the product you receive is incorrect or faulty, or has been damaged in shipping. If there is a problem with a product you have received, please notify us by email or call (541) 857-4998 within one week, and we will correct the problem. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number from Scrapbook King "N" Stampstruck before returning any goods.

Shipping: To ensure efficient delivery, please include a full street address and telephone number. The shipping method we use is First Class Mail via the U. S. Postal Service. Shipping times vary depending on the destination of your order. Orders generally leave our Shop in 5 to 7 business days.

On all Shipments outside the USA you will be notified by email of actual charges. 

Privacy Policy and Information: We will not rent, sell, trade, disclose or loan any personal information we obtain from web orders or customer registrations to outside companies or third parties unless we are legally required to do so.
